    Pilates Classes

    Each session is only $3.00 for members and $5.00 for non-members OR buy in a group of 10 classes for $25.00 for members and $45.00 for non-members. Classes are Monday 5:00PM to 6:00PM and Wednesday 5:00PM to 6:00PM, lead by our wonderful instructor Lisa. Due to demand we added a 2nd class on Wednesdays. Get your punch card at the front desk - see Rick or Thom.

    Clackamas Health Habit Under New Management!

    The Clackamas Health Habit changed ownership February 2008. The new owners are Rick Draper and Thom Bowser. Both owners have been involved in the customer service industry for over 25 years with Thom bringing 17 years of training, nutrition and personal training experience.

    With the new management, new services have been added to benefit current and new members.

    • An initial starter session with the personal trainer is offered to any new member free of charge with a 3 month or longer membership. This session includes coverage on how the body works/ nutrition, a personalized workout where the trainer goes on the floor to take you thru the workout and to complete a good start, the training is developed into a 3 week plan. This is designed for someone with little or no knowledge of resistance training. All free!
    • Pilates classes for only $3.00 a session for members and $5.00 for non-members. See our Specialty Classes section on our website. You can also purchase Punch cards for members are $25.00 for 10 sessions.
    • Personal training unlike any other club has been installed providing for increased results at very affordable prices. Program I or Program II.
    • Supplements - from fat burners, vitamins, proteins, NO products, joint relief to testosterone boosters. See the supplement store on our website for more details.
    • Fitness accessories such as resistance balls, bands, locks, gloves and wraps
    • Tip of the Day - gives you information on nutrition, building muscle, fat burning etc.
